The unclothed body of 20-year-old Edwinta Hereford was found dumped on the right shoulder of the freeway near the Garfield Avenue exit. Authorities were called when drivers spotted the body around 5:40 a.m. Sunday.
Authorities say that Hereford at one time lived in Fontana with her grandmother but had since moved out.
