A fight had broken out earlier in the day at another location called Murray's Saloon. Approximately 45 minutes later a second fight involving several subjects broke out at Chad's Place, another bar. Two men were stabbed in the fight.
Manuel Munoz, 53, and Eric Hammud, 42, were stabbed in the fight.
Munoz was stabbed on his right side, slicing his liver. He was transported to Bear Valley Community Hospital and transferred to Loma Linda Medical Center.
Hammud was cut on his hand. He refused treatment.
Deputies arrested two men, Christopher Nastrom, 28, and Randy Batts, 19. Nastrom was booked on attempted murder and possession of a controlled substance, and Batts was booked on attempted murder.
Arraignment was scheduled for Wednesday, May 26.
