Four of the crimes occurred in commercial parking lots along Hawthorne Boulevard. In one incident, 12 Escalades and a Denali were broken into at a Cadillac dealership. There have also been a few incidents in residential areas.
Torrance Police warn residents to be on alert and advise businesses to have proper lighting and video surveillance.
