Police say the unidentified victim was found inside his home on S. Joane Way on Monday by his landlord who had stopped by to check on him. She was concerned because she had not seen or heard from the victim for a few days.
The landlord's sister told Eyewitness News that there was blood on the walls of the victim's house and the television and other items including his car were missing. They have since been recovered.
The cause of death has been ruled as blunt force trauma.
