According to LAPD detectives, Wizar and the victim, 39-year-old Michael Silva, got into an argument at a house on Glade Avenue in the early morning hours on Saturday.
Investigators believe the argument escalated and Wizar fatally stabbed Silva before fleeing the scene.
When officers arrived, they found Silva lying unconscious in the driveway with multiple stab wounds.
Wizar is described as Latino with brown hair, brown eyes, 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing about 200 pounds.
