91 Child stars: Where are they now?

Gaby Hoffmann starred in several films as a child, including the 1989 movies 'Field of Dreams' and 'Uncle Buck' and the 1996 film 'Sleepless in Seattle.' At age 17, she took a short break from acting and attended Bard College in New York. According to the New York Times, during her 20s, Hoffmann interned with a chef in Italy, traiined to be a doula after helping deliver her sister's kids and moved in with her boyfriend in a 'vintage trailer in the Catskills.' Hoffmann acted sparingly at the time, appearing in independent films, mostly. In recent years, she has had roles on episodes of TV shows such as 'The Good Wife,' 'Homeland' and 'Louie.' In 2013, she began playing the recurring role of Caroline Sackler, the troubled sister of Adam, in Lena Dunham's HBO series 'Girls.' She also played a crazed fan of a deceased singer in the 2014 'Veronica Mars' film.
