SANTA ANA, Calif. --
Two teens accused of shooting and killing a 17-year-old boy in Santa Ana are still on the loose on Wednesday morning. Investigators said the victim
, identified as Manuel Raul Orozco of Santa Ana, had just left his home on South Sullivan Street on Tuesday at 5:25 p.m. when he got into an argument with two boys, aged 14 and 18, who were riding bicycles.
The two apparently opened fire, hitting the Orozco several times. He was declared dead at the scene.
Police said the shooting appears to be gang related, but the victim's family said he had no gang ties.
