Study reveals hunger hormone

LONDON In a study, British researchers gave some people injections of the hormone, while others received placebo injections.

Then members of both groups were told to rate pictures of fattening foods and sweets. Those who got the hunger hormone rated the pictures higher than those who simply received placebo injections.

There was no difference in reaction between the groups when the participants were shown pictures of healthy food.
