A traffic stop by San Bernardino County Sheriff's deputies yields a major drug bust. Officials say on Wednesday, deputies pulled over a tractor-trailer for a traffic violation along the eastbound 10 Freeway, when they noticed a strong smell of marijuana.

Deputies searched the truck, which was carrying large cardboard containers on pallets. Inside they found approximately 38,000 pounds of marijuana, 2,700 pounds of cocaine and 67 pounds of methamphetamine, valued at $45 million.

The driver, Fernando Luevano, 32, of Fontana, was arrested and held on $5 million bail. He was due to be arraigned in court Friday afternoon on charges of possession, transportation and sales of narcotics.
