8-hour Panorama City standoff ends in arrest

PANORAMA CITY, Calif. It all started around 8 p.m. Saturday when police received a call about shots being fired in the 2000 block of /*Sherman Way*/.

Investigators say the gunman opened fire on two people but missed.

Two hours later, police spotted the suspect's vehicle outside a warehouse on Arminta Street.

The suspect refused to surrender, and /*SWAT*/ was called out.

Officers eventually arrested the suspect without incident around 4 a.m. Sunday.
