LOS ANGELES --A water main flooded a street in downtown Los Angeles Wednesday. A construction crew damaged the 12-inch water main while working on the 1100 block of South Main Street. The water flooded South Main between 11th and 12th streets.
The water was shut off as repair crews were called into to fix the break and firefighters used sand bags to prevent damage to businesses.
About 10 businesses were left without water.
There were no reports of property damage.
