The man told police the toddler's father went into the garage to pick her up and found her dead.

AZUSA, Calif. The L.A. County Sheriff's Department responded to the house on the 18300 block of Armstead Street at about noon. A man who lives in the home told authorities that the victim and her parents were living in the garage of the home.
