A teen gang member was arrested on Sunday for stabbing his 70-year-old neighbor outside of her Anaheim home.Police arrested 18-year-old Alfredo Gonzalez at a Carl's Jr. restaurant in the 1200 block of North Harbor Boulevard at around 11:38 a.m. without incident. A family member of the suspect tipped off the police and told them of his whereabouts.

Authorities said Gonzalez attacked Mary Margaret Puentes, stabbing her multiple times in the head and ears Saturday night.

Her daughter says she was reading the bible, when her neighbor, 18-year-old Alfredo Gonzalez, came up and stabbed her. He took off, leaving Puentes bleeding.

She was rushed to the hospital and is expected to be okay.

Her daughter said she doesn't understand why this happened.

"I am still shocked. Why would anyone do this to her? She's just a beautiful person. She would do anything for anybody," said the victim's daughter, Yvonne Puentes.

Investigators do not have a motive for the stabbing.
