1 injured in South L.A. gang-related shooting

SOUTH LOS ANGELES /*Los Angeles Police Department*/ officials said the shooting occurred at the intersection of 71st and Victoria streets around 9:55 a.m. The victim was driving a silver four-door 2005 Dodge Stratus when three Hispanic men driving a light-colored sedan shot him for no apparent reason.

The suspects drove away from the scene northbound on Victoria Street. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was listed in critical condition.

Detectives believe that the motive is /*gang related*/.
