Grass fire knocked down near Dodger Stadium

ELYSIAN PARK, Calif. The blaze began around 9:30 a.m. and according to initial estimates, it had scorched approximately one acre at that time. There is no final acreage estimate at this time.

Two helicopters and 75 firefighters put out the fire in approximately 51 minutes.

No injuries were reported and no structures were threatened.

This is the third day in a row where a brush fire broke out in the hills next to /*Dodger Stadium*/.

A similar fire started just before Friday's Dodger game against the New York Mets, and another burned Saturday during a game. Both were quickly contained without damages.
