SoCal's 'Ho-Hum Bandit' strikes again

LAGUNA BEACH, Calif. He is believed to be responsible for a dozen holdups in Southern California. Authorities nicknamed him based on his bland appearance.

Investigators say the suspect robbed the U.S. Bank branch on Glenneyre Street in /*Laguna Beach*/ on Saturday morning, for the second time this month. The man passed a note to a teller demanding money and warning the teller he had a gun. He left the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Then, on Friday, investigators believe the same man robbed the Citibank branch on E. Coast Highway in Corona del Mar. This branch was robbed in June and authorities suspect by the same man.

Most of his holdups have taken place in /*San Diego*/ County, beginning in February.

A $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to his arrest.
