ST. PAUL, Minn. --It probably wouldn't impress the Wright Brothers, but spectators in Minnesota sure loved it. A competition involving human-powered flying machines took place in St. Paul.

The entries were pushed off a 30-foot barge into the river.
This year's winner was "Major Trouble and The Dirty Dixies." The contraption glided 207 feet to beat the previous record.
