The city closed the park last summer after neighbors complained about the noise and crowds.
Now, you'll need an advance reservation, and it will cost you $3.50 for a one-hour visit. A yearlong pass will cost $60.
Also, city officials plan to limit the number of people on the dune to 20 at any given time to help reduce erosion.
The 100-foot-tall sand dune is a great place to work out or take in the view of downtown Los Angeles.
The park reopens on Monday.
