LOS ANGELES --A study written by a U.C. doctoral student suggests that people's personalities are pretty much set by the time they hit first grade. The U.C. Riverside study states that personality traits found in young children correspond very strongly to their adult personalities.
Researchers interviewed a group of adults who had been part of a study back in the 1960s when they were schoolchildren.
They found that things like talkativeness, adaptability and impulsiveness stayed very much the same over the years.
