Garcia was arrested by deputies from the Highland sheriff's station after he committed a robbery there in April. Detectives conducted search warrants and interviews regarding the Grand Terrace robberies and were able to positively identify Garcia as the suspect in those cases as well.
On Thursday detectives submitted their investigation to the district attorney's office and Garcia was charged with three counts of armed robbery.
