Fundraiser held to honor fallen O.C. Marines

More than 100 people gathered Sunday to help raise money for the families of two Orange County Marines killed in Afghanistan.Sgt. Maj. Robert Cottle, 45, and Lance Cpl. Rick Centanni, 19, both of Yorba Linda, were killed by a roadside bomb in March.

Cottle was a former SWAT officer with the Los Angeles Police Department. Centanni was a former football player at Esperanza High School.

The fundraiser was held at Tortilla Jo's in Anaheim. Some in attendance were veterans who fought with the two fallen troops.

Rocker Ted Nugent donated an autographed guitar and two concert tickets to help raise money for the event. He even made an appearance right before his show.
