The latest pharmacist to testify in Anna Nicole Smith's drug conspiracy trial said he warned a psychiatrist of prescribing strong medications to the former model.Steve Mazlin testified on Wednesday that Dr. Khristine Eroshevich
asked him for two drugs that she would rush to Smith in the Bahamas in September 2006.
Mazlin said he advised Eroshevich against giving Smith Chloral Hydrateom "unless she wanted her picture on the cover of the National Enquirer."
Eroshevich, along with Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Howard K. Stern, Smith's longtime boyfriend, are charged with providing excessive amounts of prescription drugs to Smith.
They are not charged in her 2007 death from an overdose.
