Public warned of dangerous O.C. bank robber

RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, Calif. The suspect is wanted for a robbery at a Chase bank on the 22300 block of Antonio Parkway in Rancho Santa Margarita last Wednesday.

Authorities said he gave a teller a note demanding money and threatened that he had a weapon. After getting the money, he left in an unknown direction.

No one saw a getaway car. He was last seen running northwest across La Promesa into an apartment or condo complex.

The suspect was described as a white man in his 30s, between 5 foot 9 inches to 5 foot 10 inches tall and about 170 pounds.
