A new report says the legal title to Nadya Suleman's La Habra home has been transferred to her attorney, Jeff Czech.Public records show that the title of the house where she and her 14 children reside has been transferred from her father, Ed Doud, to Harmony Enterprises, which is owned by Czech.

In April, Suleman was on the verge of losing her house, but got a six-month extension on a $450,000 mortgage balloon payment.

There are also reports that Suleman has trademarked the "Octomom" nickname given to her by many people in the media.

Suleman has also written an autobiography, and is reportedly looking for a publisher.

Suleman became famous in January 2009 when she gave birth to eight children using in-vitro fertilization.
