The /*Los Angeles County*/ coroner's office identified the men as Pirooz Moussazadeh, 27; his brother Shahriar Moussazadeh, 38; and Bernard Khalili, 27.
Neighbors said they heard as many as eight gunshots.
Only residents with keys are supposed to be able to get in to the building.
A resident who wouldn't be identified said she believes she rode in an elevator with the killers.
