Police arrested the boyfriend of a 20-year-old woman who was murdered earlier this week in San Bernardino County. Investigators positively identified the victim, Thaisha Rameau from Rialto, through fingerprints.

Rameau was last seen Tuesday in her car with her boyfriend, Tyrell Curtis Webb, 23. Detectives found her car but Webb was not with the car.

Detectives located Webb in Highland on Friday and he was booked for Rameau's murder. Webb is being held on $1 million bail.

Sheriff's dispatch first got a call on Wednesday from a man who said he found a body in the area of Interstate 15 near Dale Evans Parkway. The preliminary investigation revealed that Rameau may have died elsewhere and her body was then dumped in the desert.

An autopsy has yet to be performed to determine an exact cause of death.

Anyone with information about Rameau's death was urged to call the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department at (909) 387-3589.
