The homeowners said they were in bed when they felt a violent jolt.
At first, they thought it was an earthquake, but quickly realized it was something else.
"I told my husband it felt like a car hit the house. And then he looked and he said a car did hit the house. He ran out and it was on fire, and just trying to get the kids out of the house and get the fire out before the house went up," said homeowner Antionette Totten.
There is no word yet on what caused the crash or whether any arrests were made.
