4 shot outside South L.A. apartment building

SOUTH LOS ANGELES Authorities said the shooting happened just after 9 p.m. on the 10300 block of /*Western Avenue*/ near 103rd Street. Three women and a man were shot. They are in stable condition.

It is unknown how many suspects were involved in the shooting, and no suspect descriptions were available. Officers closed down part of Western Avenue while they investigated.
