The crimes occurred Thursday on the 5600 block of Bartlett Drive and the 5100 block of Paseo de Pablo.
Police say in each case, two men lured residents into the backyard to discuss a problem with their utilities. While one distracted the resident, the other entered the home and took property.
The burglars were reportedly driving a silver Toyota Matrix.
