The first and largest asteroid will pass Earth at 2:51 a.m. PT Wednesday, according to /*NASA*/. The second asteroid will pass at 2:12 p.m. PT.
The first will travel past Earth about 154,000 miles away; the second will pass about 49,088 miles away.
Neither asteroid has a chance of striking Earth.
According to NASA, the asteroids should be observable with "moderate-sized amateur telescopes."
