Body found in Kauai may be missing O.C. woman

LIHUE, Hawaii Nola Thompson went to the island of Kauai on Aug. 28 to celebrate her 45th birthday.

On Thursday, officials found her rental car in a mountainous area of the island. A woman's body was found in a stream nearby.

Investigators are waiting for dental records to confirm the woman's identity.

An autopsy is scheduled for Monday.
