The burglary suspects fled the scene before police arrived, but they were spotted driving a stolen vehicle shortly thereafter. When they refused to pull over, a chase ensued.
The suspects drove the stolen vehicle over a spike strip and blew out the tires. They exited the vehicle and surrendered to police near Hammer Avenue and Detroit Street in Norco.
The two were arrested on suspicion of burglary, vehicle theft, possession of stolen property and evading arrest. Authorities said they also had outstanding felony arrest warrants for robbery and burglary.
