PASADENA, Calif. --A man was struck by a Metro Gold Line train at Pasadena's Memorial Park Station and was seriously injured.Paramedics arrived at the station located at 125 E. Holly St. at around 6:20 a.m., Pasadena Fire Department officials said. The man was taken to a nearby hospital where he was treated for injuries to his legs and his head.
Tracks in both directions were blocked for about 45 minutes while an investigation was under way.
Metro officials said no one on the train was injured.
