Officials said Brosseau engaged in sexual activity with the boy in his Ford truck in a parking structure at Bella Terra Mall in /*Huntington Beach*/ on Saturday.
/*Huntington Beach Police Department*/ officers noticed the parked truck around 11:30 p.m. and confronted Brosseau, who was found in the vehicle with his pants off. He was arrested at the scene.
Brosseau was charged with one felony count each of lewd acts upon a child, contacting a child with the intent to commit lewd acts and meeting a child with the intent to engage in lewd conduct.
If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of five years and four months in prison.
He is being held on $100,000 bail with a pre-trial hearing scheduled for Oct. 1.
