Reward offered for Oxnard murder suspect

A $10,000 reward is being offered for the capture of a murder suspect in Oxnard.

A $10,000 reward is being offered for the capture of a murder suspect in Oxnard. On August 17, officers responded to a shooting near San Jose Street and Halcon Street. They found Adrian Lerma, 21, dead from multiple gunshot wounds.

Homicide investigators believe Lerma was murdered by Rene Ramos, 25, of Oxnard. Ramos is believed to have left the area. The Ventura County District Attorney's Office has issued a warrant for his arrest.
