SANTA ANA, Calif. --
A man sought by police for allegedly killing his mother was arrested Sunday in Sana Ana, authorities said. Santa Ana police said Marvin Cipullo, 25, was arrested about 10:40 a.m. near the Santa Ana board and care facility his mother ran for two decades. Cipullo and his brother lived there with her and three elderly residents.
Cipullo's brother found the body of their mother, 57-year-old Rebecca Garcia early Thursday morning.
Investigators have been searching for Cipullo since then.
He is said to have a mental disorder. He is being held without bail.
"She was the best lady you can describe," said neighbor Wesley Galaureac. "We never saw her mad. She was a quiet lady. She was born to be a caregiver."
