Sexual assault and child abuse detectives are seeking the public's help in identifying the suspect. He is described as a light-skinned male Hispanic in his late teen or early 20s. He is approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs around 160 pounds with dark hair and a clean shaven face.
He was last seen wearing a dark blue baseball hat, dark blue shirt and light blue shorts with black athletic shoes.
