Beverly Hills gets in on perfume business

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. After three years of research a perfume line licensed by the city and branded with the municipal logo will be available to the public.

Calling to mind images of glittering designer stores, glamorous scenes from films like "Pretty Woman" and lush gardens of local hotels and mansions, the perfumes will be sold in stores around the world for $120.

The fragrances contain essences of honeysuckle, wild rose and cedar produced in France.

The line will be released Tuesday with a skin care line and men's fragrances set to be released in the future.
