Victim of deadly bakery shooting identified

SANTA ANA, Calif. Sanchez was shot and killed "execution-style" Wednesday night while he was making a drink for himself at the self-serve counter at Panaderia La Chapina, 2230 W. Edinger Ave., police said.

Based on eyewitness accounts, investigators say two men, who appeared to be in their 20s, walked into the bakery then one of them pulled out a gun and shot the victim multiple times. The killing was believed link to a previous drug deal, police said.

Police say Sanchez violated his parole for a narcotic-sales conviction and had been wanted by the police since 2008. The two murder suspects remain at large.
