Police said 21-year-old Salvador Bautista, Jr. was walking in the eastbound bicycle lane on Kelley Road when a vehicle hit him. The /*Simi Valley*/ resident suffered major internal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers said the driver fled the scene.
