The Hollywood Park Board of Stewards has suspended /*Rizzo*/'s horse owner's license after he failed to show up for a hearing on conduct detrimental to horse racing.
Rizzo, who owns a home in Huntington Beach, races a small stable of thoroughbreds primarily in Washington and Northern California.
He is the alleged ringleader of the salary scandal in Bell, but he is currently free on $2 million bail.
Rizzo faces more than 50 counts of misappropriation of public funds.
