Investigators said a man approached two young women, ages 19 and 22, called out to them, and then lifted up his shirt and pulled down his pants.
The suspect is described as being around 6 feet tall with a medium to stocky build. He had a bald head with no facial hair and was wearing a white button-down shirt, dark tie and khaki pants.
