Vista L.A.: Human rights hero Dolores Huerta

Human rights leader Dolores Huerta was honored by thousands during a recent celebration of her 80th birthday.

Dolores Huerta has devoted her life to bringing people together in support of the working poor.

When the human rights leader and co-founder of the United Farm Workers of America turned 80 recently, thousands, including several celebrities, came out to honor her.

Vista L.A. spoke with Huerta about her historic career as a worker rights activist and her advocacy on behalf of women everywhere.

U.S. Secretary of State Hilda Solis and legendary musician Carlos Santana also talk about Huerta's legacy.
