The victim told police he had seen the man at a Bank of America.
Police released a surveillance photo of the suspect talking on the phone inside the bank.
The victim said he saw the suspect withdrawing cash at the teller window. He said the suspect left the bank in a white pickup truck, but he didn't notice anyone following him home.
