The parents of a television producer accused of killing his wife in Mexico will get permanent guardianship of the couple's two small children.Former "Survivor" producer Bruce Beresford-Redman has been charged with murder in Mexico for the death of his wife, Monica.
Her body was found earlier this year at a Cancun resort where the couple was staying.
Monica's two sisters had sought custody of the couple's son and daughter.
They have now agreed to give it to the producer's parents, who have been serving as temporary guardians.
