Dozens of motorcyclists escort boy to school

DENAIR, Calif. All the escorts had American flags on the backs of their bikes.

School officials recently told Cody Alicea, 13, that he couldn't ride his flag-decorated bike to school because some students were offended.

The action set off a firestorm of protest.

The superintendent has since reversed that decision and apologized. The school district is now facing a lawsuit from a civil liberties group.
