Apple promises 'exciting' iTunes update

CUPERTINO, Calif. On Monday, Apple's regular homepage was replaced with a note that said, "Tomorrow is just another day. That you'll never forget." The webpage instructs people to check back at 7 a.m. PT Tuesday to learn more.

As usual, Apple is being tight-lipped about the event. The company would not give any further details about the nature of the announcement.

Some analysts say Apple will offer new details about plans to give iPhone users web access to their iTunes libraries. But the Wall Street Journal reports Apple will announce it's finally bringing the music of the Beatles to iTunes.
