Police seek Van Nuys sexual assault suspect

VAN NUYS, Calif. Police released a composite sketch of the rapist. He's described as Hispanic in his late 20s, standing 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing approximately 165 pounds.

Police say he struck Sunday on Kester Avenue in Van Nuys.

A woman says the suspect pulled up in a black sedan and asked for directions. When she ignored him, he grabbed her, threw her down, choked and sexually assaulted her. Then he drove off.
