SIMI VALLEY, Calif. --Former President George W. Bush is on tour in Southern California promoting his new book. He took the stage at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley with former first lady Nancy Reagan Thursday night.Bush was in San Diego earlier Thursday as part of his national book tour and he discussed his new memoirs, "Decision Points," during his Perspectives in Leadership Forum. He also addressed the San Diego Chamber of Commerce, where he shared his experiences during his presidency, including the 9/11 terror attacks, Hurricane Katrina and the war in Iraq.
Attendees at the book signing at the Reagan Library were taking home pre-signed copies of the memoir, which has sold 775,000 copies in the first week of release. It currently sits at No. 1 on the Amazon.com best selling list.
