Bush appears at Reagan library promoting book
SIMI VALLEY, Calif. Bush was in San Diego earlier Thursday as part of his national book tour and he discussed his new memoirs, "Decision Points," during his Perspectives in Leadership Forum. He also addressed the San Diego Chamber of Commerce, where he shared his experiences during his presidency, including the 9/11 terror attacks, Hurricane Katrina and the war in Iraq.
