4 Riverside teenagers face arson charges

RIVERSIDE, Calif. The names of the teens - two 14-year-old boys, a 16-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl - were not released because they are juveniles.

According to witnesses, the teens tossed an "incendiary device" against the back door of a home at 2658 12th Street around 1 p.m. on Saturday.

The fire burned through the door of the house and caused some interior damage before firefighters were able to extinguish it, said Riverside police.
